My Christmas Prayer

Martha and I wish you a merry Christmas! We are anticipating a wonderful time with our church and our family. We pray that God will bless you with His wonderful presence as well.

At this time of Christmas hope, it seems that America needs hope like never before in my lifetime.

This is my Christmas prayer for America.

I pray for racial reconciliation and harmony, a desire to hear and understand one another.

I pray for spiritual awakening. Can we ever be what we want without turning to God?

I pray for fathers and mothers who shun selfishness and who seek the welfare of their children, giving them moral and spiritual guidance.

I pray for confession and repentance as a nation. We have lost what made America great. Let us turn away from our wickedness and turn toward God.

I pray for husbands and wives who will devote themselves to God first and then to their marriage. I pray for faithfulness to God which will lead to faithfulness to one another.

I pray God will turn the hearts of the fathers to children and children to the fathers, that God might bless us as a nation.

I pray for justice and righteousness among the people of our country.

I pray Christ will be known and served, that He will be placed on the throne of our lives and our nation.

I pray God will bless this great land.
