  1. Guess I am just a broken record…

Yesterday I went to the Funeral Home to make arrangement for Mom. Hospice advises such things be done before grief paralizes. The Funeral Director had the Obit, 30 September 1995, I wrote on file. Interesting enough he had the Senior Class Sunday School Lesson I wrote and taught 24 September 1995 to my class at First Baptist Church New Orleans where I had served as a Deacon. The Title: Salvation: what now?

    It starts off this way…
    Beloved,
Truly, WHAT NOW? What is the measure of the time spent with you? Are the “scales still upon our eyes?”
    The lesson is:
    SALVATION: THE PROCESS
    SALVATION; THE PURPOSE
    SALVATION THE PROPHECY

If you want to know the rest you will have to ask, as it takes my real life issues of that day with the back drop of scripture.
My Dad was in East Jefferson Hospital. The Surgeon said his prognosis was good after surgery. “The margins were well defined” and he believed he “got it all.” The Surgeon and some staffer messed up, it became more complicated. Life takes twists, then, a mist…

    Blessings
