Do I Have to Sin?

‘God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it”–1 Corinthians 10:13.

“When we choose deliberately to obey [God], then he will tax the remotest star and the last grain of sand to assist us with all his almighty power”–Oswald Chambers.

“I resolve never to do anything which I would be afraid to do if it were the last hour of my life”–Jonathan Edwards.

“My old self has been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So I live in this earthly body by trusting in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”–Galatians 2:20, NLT.

“Never tolerate, because of sympathy to yourself or for others, any practice that is not in keeping with a holy God”–Oswald Chambers.

“Outside of Christ, I am only a sinner, but in Christ, I am saved. Outside of Christ, I am empty; in Christ, I am full. Outside of Christ, I am weak; in Christ, I am strong. Outside of Christ, I cannot; in Christ, I am more than able. Outside of Christ, I have been defeated; in Christ, I am already victorious. How meaningful are the words, ‘In Christ’ “–Watchman Nee.

“Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I will”–Jonathan Edwards.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come. The old has gone, the new is here!”–2 Corinthians 5:17.
