There’s a website I glance at everyday. Even though I don’t always read each article, I check the headlines to see what’s happening in the world and in the church.

The website is the official news organ of my denomination (the Southern Baptist Convention). You can find it here. I keep this site bookmarked on my computer and I also have signed up for daily emails which tell me of the events of the day. Recent articles tell of the bombing of the Coptic churches on Palm Sunday in Egypt plus a number of interesting articles about theology and the function of the church.

Baptist Press (http://www.bpnews.net/) has recently picked up some of the devotionals you receive from me on a daily basis. I am humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to correspond with a greater and different audience than those who subscribe to my website.

I want to thank all of you for reading and encouraging me as I seek to connect life and Scripture as well as encourage pastors and my brothers and sisters in their faith.
